Prequalified bidders will need to register at: Bids and Tenders - Clarington The Municipality of Clarington (Municipality) will be seeking Proposals from qualified General Contracting firms who have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the services required for a comprehensive renovation and modernization of the existing facility to improve accessibility, functionality, operational efficiencies, public service delivery, and the long-term sustainability of the building. From the proposals received, the Municipality intends to prequalify proponents for the upcoming tender for the General Contractor. The Municipality is providing the industry advance notice of this upcoming procurement to allow them to assemble the appropriate team to respond to this Prequalification. Timeframe for delivery of goods or service or duration of contract: 2027 Name of trade agreements that is applicable to the procurement: Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Buy Ontario Act.
