The Municipality is seeking proposals from qualified firms with demonstrated experience in providing and supporting Pay-By-Phone Mobile Parking Payment System.

The proposed Mobile Parking Payment system (MPPS) must provide multiple avenues for payment such as mobile device applications, web-based payment options and an option for customers with a mobile phone that is not a smartphone such as flip phones.  The proposed MPPS must include live telephone customer support and technical assistance for Municipal staff.

Vendor must have an information security policy that complies with privacy legislation, as well as the Municipalities privacy policies.  Vendor to ensure appropriate measures in place to protect against threats or hazards to the security or integrity of customer data, as well as appropriate disposal of collected customer personal data.
