The Municipality of Clarington is requesting pricing from an experienced contractor to provide Property Clean-up for a property located at 6500 Solina Road, Hampton, Ontario.

This work shall include the supply of all labour, materials and equipment for the work requirements in accordance with the terms, conditions, drawings and specifications contained within the bid document.

All bidders must attend the mandatory site meeting at 650  Solina Road, Hampton to inspect all existing conditions and to ascertain the amount of work involved.

The site meeting will be held on May 11, 2021 please refer to Addendum 2 for booking a time to attend the site - 6500 Solina Road, Hampton, Ontario.  You must have pre-booked a time to be permitted on site to view the property.

For Vendors attending the site we ask for no more than one representative from each company.  Contact name and telephone must be provided prior to representatives being provided access to the facility under the following conditions:

·  Social distancing must be followed while on site;

·  No more than 1 attendee from each vendor;

·  Individuals attending the site visit are not experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 nor been in contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms of Covid-19,

·  All attendees must observe and follow all health and safety requirements including the use of PPE;

·  A Municipal employee will be present to confirm attendance only;
