The Municipality is seeking a qualified company to the complete roof remedial work for Roof blocks 201, 401, 501 and 502 at the Newcastle Community Hall, located at 20 King Avenue West in Newcastle (Ontario) in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained within the tender doucment. All bidders must attend the mandatory site meeting at the following locations to allow bidders to take measurements, inspect all existing conditions and to ascertain the amount of work involved. All attendees must observe and follow all health and safety requirements as it pertains to COVID-19. The number of individuals permitted in the inspection space at one time will be limited according to the space allowed and organizations are requested to limit the number of staff that attend the site meeting; all attendees must practice social distancing, this includes Municipal staff; individuals attending the site visit are not experiencing symptoms of Covid-19; all attendees must observe and follow all health and safety requirements including the use of PPE. All attendees will be required to complete the required Covid-19 screening upon arrival. The site meeting will be held at Newcastle Community Hall – 20 King Avenue, Newcastle, ON. The site meeting will be Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. |
