The Municipality of Clarington is seeking to procure an Energy Service Company (ESCO) to provide a complete LED street lighting conversion turnkey solution responsible for all aspects of the project. The ESCO will provide all services required to design, manage and implement the LED conversion project. The existing lighting network in the Municipality of Clarington consists of approximately 6,245 luminaires. Of which 5,343 are located within the larger urban centres of Bowmanville, Courtice, Newcastle and Orono with the remaining located in small rural communities and isolated rural locations.
