The Municipality is soliciting proposals from Architectural firms (and the successful Proposal to which the Municipality awards the Contract (if any) shall be referred to herein as the “Prime Consultant”, “Architect”, or “Consultant”). The Prime Consultant will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive design services for the site planning, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting, tendering and construction administration for the South Bowmanville Recreation Centre (SBRC) located at 2375 Baseline Road, Bowmanville, Ontario. The form of Contract to be executed shall be the Ontario Association of Architects Standard Form of Contract for Architect’s Services, Document 600 – 2021, as amended by the Municipality of Clarington’s Supplementary Conditions. |
