The Municipality of Clarington  is seeking a qualified company to complete the rehabilitation of the Newcastle Memorial Arena Parking Lot in Newcastle, ON. All work is to be completed in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein. The scope of works include:

  • Clearing and grubbing, tree removal and trimming
  • Local storm sewer removal and replacement
  • Full depth removal of existing parking lot asphalt and road base
  • Earthworks
  • Electrical works for parking lot light assembly installation
  • Subdrain installation
  • Construction of road base
  • Curb installation
  • Retaining wall installation
  • Concrete pad installation
  • Driveway apron reinstatement
  • Sidewalk removal and replacement
  • Asphalt placement
  • Pavement markings
  • Sign removal and installation
  • Privacy fence installation
  • Associated landscape restoration, and tree protection
