Description: 

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified Proponent with the skills, resources, and experience necessary to act as the Municipality’s Qualified Person (QP) and assist the Municipality in the remediation of the former Newcastle Fire Hall site located at 247 King Avenue East in compliance with the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation, and Parks’ (MECP) regulatory standards and in filing a Record of Site Condition (RSC).

The Municipality intends to award the contract based on the proposal which best supports the Municipality’s requirements. 

The scope of work and requirements are further detailed in the RFP.
