The Municipality of Clarington is seeking a qualified company to complete the reconstruction of High Street and O’Dell Street in Bowmanville. All work is to be completed in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained within the tender document. The scope of works for the reconstruction of High Street and O’Dell Street include:

• Local storm sewer and structure removal and replacement
• Local sanitary sewer and structure removal and replacement including replacement / relining of existing lot connections
• Local watermain abandonment including removal and replacement of service connections
• Installation of new watermain
• Removal of existing road asphalt and road base
• Subdrain installation
• Construction of road base
• Curb and gutter installation
• Driveway apron reinstatement
• Minor sidewalk removal and replacement
• Base asphalt placement
• Associated landscape restoration, and tree protection
