The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select an Artist with the skills, resources and experience in producing artwork that is relevant to the history of Bowmanville. The scope of the project will include a single piece of Art or a series of Art works to be located within the downtown area of Bowmanville as described within the RFP documents. |
