The Municipality of Clarington (Municipality) is seeking proposals from qualified architectural/engineering firms who have the necessary qualifications and experience with the ability to provide the service described in this Request for Proposal. The Municipality intends to award the contract based on the proposal which best supports the Municipality’s requirements. The scope of work and requirements are further detailed in section 3. The solution offered must meet or exceed the minimum specifications as noted in the terms of reference and comply with all instructions to Proponents to be considered for this project. |
