The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified Proponent with the skills, resources, and experience necessary for the provision and implementation of enterprise process management software at the Municipality of Clarington. The software will facilitate systematic process documentation, analysis, and optimization, aiming to enhance efficiency, transparency, and act as a driving force for the digitization of services. The work is to be completed in accordance with the scope of work identified within the Request for Proposal Document.

The Municipality intends to award the contract based on the proposal which best supports the Municipality’s requirements.
