The Municipality of Clarington is inviting proposals from qualified consultants to prepare develop a comprehensive Special Event Strategy and Outdoor Event Operation Plan that will strengthen the planning, delivery, and promotion of events across the community. The Municipality is seeking an exceptional firm with an affirmed track record of success and the requisite experience to undertake both the Special Event Strategy and the Outdoor Event Operation Plan. The successful Proponent will view this project as an opportunity to partner with the Municipality and to work closely with staff, community leaders, community members, stakeholders and commenting agencies. The work is to be completed in accordance with the scope of work identified within the Request for Proposal document. |
