The Municipality of Clarington (Municipality) is seeking qualified suppliers to submit bids for the supply and delivery of janitorial products and supplies.  The products are to be delivered to various locations on an as required basis throughout the contract term.

The object of the Request for tender (RFT) is to enter into a contract arrangement for janitorial products with a company that is familiar with systems contracting concepts, incorporating a high level of service, product knowledge, green initiatives and cost efficiency.

The Municipality has a wide range of types of facilities, such as administrative offices, recreation complexes, fire stations, community centres, etc. which purchase a wide range of janitorial and sanitary paper supplies. Bidders are to provide your best competitive price to meet the requirements of this document.  Pricing submitted must include all labour, materials and equipment to complete the work in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications contained within this document.
