The Municipality of Clarington (the “Municipality”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for the replacement of the existing pergola structures and the completion of associated site improvements at the following locations:

Lakebreeze Park , located at 448 Lakebreeze Drive, Newcastle Ontario L1B 0A8

Orono Park, located at 61 Princess Street, Orono Ontario L0B 1M0

The work shall be completed in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, drawings, and requirements set out within this solicitation document and all associated appendices. The successful proponent will demonstrate the experience, qualifications, and capacity necessary to deliver the project in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner while meeting all applicable regulatory and municipal standards.

Note this project is impacted by the Buy Ontario Regulations.  All submissions must meet the minimum threshold shown with the tender document for goods and services made in Ontario and Canada and have the Domestic Supply Chain Plan completed and accurate at the time of submitting.
