The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified Proponent with the skills, resources, and experience necessary to provide a comprehensive master plan for the Maple Grove Outdoor Sports and Events Grounds. This includes the development of a phased implementation strategy. A review of the existing needs assessment, and the preparation of order-of-magnitude cost estimates and phasing recommendations.
