The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified Proponent with the skills, resources, and experience necessary to provide engineering services for the detailed design, tender preparation, and related support services for rehabilitation of selected municipal structures within the Municipality of Clarington. The scope includes preparation of independent design and tender packages for each structure so that the Municipality may advance one structure, multiple structures, or all structures to construction depending on available funding, approvals, priorities, permits, and other constraints. The Municipality intends to award the contract based on the proposal which best supports the Municipality’s requirements. The scope of work and requirements are further detailed in the RFP.
