The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified Proponent with the skills, resources, and experience necessary to provide engineering services for the reconstruction of Concession Road 4 and associated Liberty Street North improvements in support of a new municipal Public Works Operations Center, Fire Station and Training Centre located at 2656 Concession Road 4 in Bowmanville, Municipality of Clarington.  Review the RFP document and appendices  for further details and for the requirements of this project.
