The Municipality invites qualified, experienced professional architectural service providers to respond in writing to this Request for Proposal (RFP). The intent of this RFP is to secure a qualified firm for the provision services as required to complete the renovation/refresh of the Bowmanville Public Library. The Municipality intends to award the contract based on the proposal which best supports the Municipality’s requirements. |
