The Municipality of Clarington requires the assistance of a qualified consulting firm to provide a cost-effective design, tender preparation, construction inspection, and contract administration services for the downtown Newcastle Streetscape Improvements and pavement rehabilitation on King Avenue in the Village of Newcastle. Detailed design will be completed holistically however, tender preparation and construction will be split into the following two phases:
