The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select a qualified Proponent with the skills, resources, and experience necessary to provide construction inspection and contract administration services on behalf of the Municipality for the reconstruction and urbanization of Baseline Road from Mearns Avenue to Lambs Road in Bowmanville located within the Municipality of Clarington.  Review the RFP document for further details and for the requirements of this project.
