The Municipality of Clarington is seeking to hire a Consulting Firm capable of preparing a Growth Management Study (including population and employment components) which will form a foundational background document to the Clarington’s Official Plan Review to update the Clarington Official Plan to the 2051 planning horizon.

The Municipality intends to award the contract based on the proposal which best supports the Municipality’s requirements.
