The Robinson and Tooley Watersheds are two of the smallest watersheds within the Municipality of Clarington, being 570 hectares and 1050 hectares in size respectively. By virtue of their size, smaller watersheds are especially vulnerable to the effects of changing land use and the impact of development. Not only are these watersheds small, but they will be under significant development pressures. The Municipality of Clarington (Municipality) is seeking proposals from qualified Companies who have the necessary qualification, experience and ability to provide the to complete the subwatershed study as per this Request for Proposal. |
