This Request for Pre-Qualifications (“RFPQ”) is an invitation by the Municipality of Clarington (Municipality) to prospective respondents (each a “Respondent”) to submit a response (each a “Response”) to qualify for eligibility for inclusion on a (the “Roster”) for the Municipality as further described in RFPQ2026-1. The Municipality of Clarington’s objective is to conduct a fair, open and transparent prequalification process providing for equitable treatment of Proponents, while maintaining a high standard of integrity throughout the process. This procurement is subject to the Canadian Fair-Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the Ontario-Quebec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA) as this roster will potentially include roster assignments up to $250,000. Respondents are required to register and submit a separate Response for each respective roster category (“Roster Category”) bid opportunity in order to be considered. This opportunity is specific to Category 10 - Facilities – Building Science Consulting Services. Respondent(s) who have previously been qualified to provide the services described herein, or who are currently performing work for the Municipality must also respond to this request to be considered for future work assignments.
