The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified Proponent with the skills, resources, and experience necessary to provide construction inspection and contract administration services on behalf of the Municipality for the reconstruction of Darlington Boulevard in Courtice, within the Municipality of Clarington.
