The Municipality of Clarington (Municipality) is seeking a qualified company to complete the stormwater outlet improvements for the Hetherington Drive stormwater outfall located in Bowmanville. All work is to be completed in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications contained herein. The scope of works include:

• Local storm sewer removal and replacement;
• Installation of new oil grit separator;
• Ditching/channelization works;
• Driveway apron reinstatement;
• Curb removal and replacement;
• Sidewalk removal and replacement;
• Asphalt replacement;
• Associated restoration, and erosion protection;
• Associated landscape restoration, and tree protection

The work is located in Bowmanville within the Municipality of Clarington at the following location:

• Hetherington Drive – from Lawrence Crescent to east terminus (outfall)
