The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a qualified Proponent with the skills, resources, and experience necessary to provide multidisciplinary engineering consulting services for the Courtice Shores Drive Realignment and Improvements in support of the Courtice Waterfront Secondary Plan within the Municipality of Clarington. The Municipality intends to award the contract based on the proposal which best supports the Municipality’s requirements. The assignment includes review and refinement of the Municipality’s previous feasibility assessment work and completion of the investigations, coordination, consultation, approvals support, detailed design, tender assistance, and related deliverables required to advance the works to a tender-ready stage. The scope of work and requirements are further detailed in the RFP.
