The Municipality is soliciting proposals from Architectural firms. The Prime Consultant will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive design services for the site planning, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting, tendering and construction administration for the Operations Depot, Fire Station and Fire Training Facility (OD, FS & FTF) located at 2656 Concession Road 4, Bowmanville, Ontario. The Prime Consultant will be in good standing and registered with the Ontario Association of Architects and must have extensive experience in the design of Public Works/Operations Depots, Fire Stations/Training Facilities having completed projects of similar size and use over the past five years. Contract Duration 2024 - 2027 The Contract to be executed shall be the Ontario Association of Architects Standard Form of Contract for Architect’s Services, Document 600 – 2021, as amended by the Municipality’s Supplementary Conditions (The Municipality's Supplementary Conditions will be provided at a later date via an Addendum.) |
