The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select a qualified Proponent with the skills, resources, and experience necessary to provide construction inspection and contract administration services on behalf of the Municipality for the reconstruction of High Street & O’Dell Street in Bowmanville, within the Municipality of Clarington.  Review to RFP document for further details and the requirements of this project.
